Getting Proof of Delivery when shipping pallets to FBA using Amazon Partnered Carrier (UPS)
Hi,
I’m hoping someone can help with this.
We shipped a few pallets to an Amazon FC using UPS and we booked and paid for the shipping through Amazon during shipping plan creation. Some of the goods have not been received at the Amazon FC and the shipment is now closed.
We’d like Amazon to investigate the missing units but they ask for the proof of delivery document which we were never issued by UPS and because it’s pallets there’s no tracking info in the shipping plan (like there is when you book for individual cartons). There is an Amazon Reference Number (ARN) under the tracking tab in the shipping plan though. Is there somewhere I can go online or someone I can ask (hopefully not SS) for a copy of the POD - the shipment is more than 120 days ago but less than 6 months so still eligible for investigation.
Thanks very much
Lewis

Have you asked UPS? Surely they have a proof of delivery

Hi, does anyone else know how to contact UPS to obtain the Proof of Delivery doc for a pallet delivery into Amazon’s FC? I’m not having much luck using contact details on the UPS website.
Any suggestions appreciated…
Thanks
