Strange one.

IF i have the UK selected in the country drop down【AND】I know there are nil FBA units available in the UK FC, then WHY can I see the qty showing in the EU FBA FC - I should see 0 as the available qty right?

1. we inbound FBA 【SEPARATELY】to DE and separately to the UK
2. we are enrolled in FBA in both DE and UK
3. we have separate VAT in DE & UK
4. we have inventory placement ONLY active for DE & UK
5. EFN is NOT active
6. BIL is NOT active for DE to UK
7. Pan EU FBA is NOT enrolled.
8. Remote fulfilment is NOT enrolled

There is currently 【zero, nil】inventory in the UK, however I can see the Qty that is in the EU FBA warehouses from the Multi-Country Inventory report - no GB

We are U.k based but sell both via the UK and EU amazons. We FBM, from our own workshop in the UK for Amazon UK and a fulfilment centre in Germany for the EU sites.

All the shipping addresses are correct so Amazon knows that a sale in Germany is sent from Germany etc.

The UK amazon is connected to our inventory software in the U.K., but it seems impossible to connect the German warehouse stock separately. The eu stock levels are our uk stock levels, not what is in the German fulfilment centre. BIL is not connected, yet whatever we do in the U.K reflects in the EU stores. If we are out of stock of a product in the U.K. I have to close the listing in the U.K. and vice versa.

If we connect the German warehouse to amazon, the inventory levels there override the U.K. amazon.

Is there any way of separating the U.K. amazon from the eu amazons? Or are we stuck till Amazon click that the U.K. isn’t part of the eu anymore?

Anyone found a solution to this? Advice appreciated

How do you send products in stock to FBA UK from an EU country?

Until now we used FEDEX, which required us to upload an invoice to their portal (a DDP invoice - Direct duty paid - to our UK VAT code) through which they calculated our VAT in UK customs, which we paid through Fedex services.

Then our products reached the UK market and were cleared through the FBA program.

Considering that Amazon UK withholds and then remits the VAT to HMRC, the accounting company recovered the VAT initially paid in customs, which is correct.

Until now everything has been correct, but for some time now all invoices sent via Fedex to Amazon FBA have been passed by the customs authority as income, even if we only took the products into Amazon's custody.

Now we have to pay tax on both the income generated by the custody invoices and the actual sales on Amazon, so we pay income tax twice for the same products. It's total madness, no one knows how to process it correctly.

How do you do this export from EU to UK FBA?
