Seller support -Phone call option

Hello,

I am trying to contact Seller Support, there was a request phone call option available. But for a few days it’s not available.

I’ve contacted them by email and by chat, didn’t find them helpful at all.

Does anyone know why the phone call option might be disabled?

Hello

There’s an issue with the Account Health callback system (few other sellers have confirmed this) but the usual seller support still works

You can possibly try that avenue and see if they are willing to transfer your call
