I am unable to list ISBN 0356521834 because the system requires me to load an invoice for 10 new books, but I only have 1 used book. I tried using the Add a Product tool but was unable to proceed due to this requirement.

... is that I must provide said invoice or I cannot list this book for sale.
This ignores the fact that my copy is USED and I only have 1, but it is legally owned by me and I am a seller in good standing.
This also ignores the fact that other Sellers are offering this book for sale who do not have 10+ copies, nor are their copies NEW
Can anyone at Amazon help resolve this situation?

Have you done something remarkable? Have you actually persuaded Amazon to do something?
I have just applied for "approval" to sell the Collins book I mentioned that was removed by amazon. Instead of going through the usual check list - including the invoice for 10 copies - I was given the message to the effect "we are giving you the right to sell because of your good record." . This is what used to happen until 5 or 6 years ago
Ive relisted the book (unfortunately I seriously doubt that it will stay relisted!!)

Thank you for opening this thread. I can see this is frustrating, especially when the system is asking for documentation that doesn't match your situation (1 used copy vs. 10 new copies invoice).
A couple of things worth trying: first, navigate to the product detail page for ISBN 0356521834 on Amazon and use the "Sell on Amazon" option directly rather than going through Add a Product. This can sometimes route differently. Second, if that doesn't work, reopen case 13033454292 and reference the Condition Guidelines (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G200339950), specifically explaining that you are listing under "Used" condition and the invoice requirement for 10 new copies does not align with the condition you are selling under.
