Customer/Amazon Expecting us to collect unwanted return

A customer has asked to return an order consisting of 10 items. The customer and Amazon have asked us to collect, but we do not have the facility to do so. Where do we stand with this? Thanks

You are not obligated to collect, even if Amazon told you so (it's just the customer service agent repeating what the customer said).

You can offer to send the customer a return label, either with Royal Mail or a courier and arrange a collection on the customer's chosen date. But Amazon should have already given the customer a return label unless you have asked them not to do this. They probably just don't want to pay the return label.

Who pays depends on the return reason. My guess is that it is a change of mind so customer pays but you can if you wish.

Adding to what @Seller_76AUwmqvSyRIMsaid, book collection from the buyer's address. And upload the prepaid return label and the tracking number.
