SFP Order refunded as looked lost but now tracking

Hi,

My first delivery problem with SFP. Sent using Amazon Buy Shipping using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Buyer messages me the next evening, asking where is order etc. Tried to explain but they were quite rude. So I directed them to contact Amazon directly. The Royal Mail tracking only said.

Tue, 6 Aug 2024, 15:13 BST Package left the courier facility

Then get email through at 6pm today from Amazon saying the order has been refunded and the reason was Unable to Deliver. But then I check the tracking and its updated

Fri, 9 Aug 2024, 19:30 BST Tyneside MC Parcel arrived at a carrier facility

Whats the best way to proceed as I presume it will be delivered tomorrow and they've been refunded?
