Images not showing in listing
Hi
Newbie here,
Im trying to list my first few items today on Amazon but
having the same problem,
the images i have uploaded are not showing
Main image is 1001x501
White background
no logos
saved as a jpeg
still not working,
checked out you tube and help section but cant figure out why
Any help would be most appreciated

They might appear in the morning, some listings are quite slow to update

Hi Mark,
The most common reason that images go missing from Amazon is that they did not meet the Amazon product image requirements and were removed upon upload or soon after. Even if compliant, it can still take up to 24 hours for new images to appear.
Also the zoom feature requires files to be 1600px or larger on the longest side, you are on the limit for the smallest file size acceptable at 1000pxs.
