Made my first Amazon seller Account and got deactivated

Im new to Amazon selling and joined and paid for a professional account for my privately own business , my account got verified and was all fine , I changed my charge method and account got deactivated for no reason ? I’ve had no emails and had no emails regarding the situation , I can’t delete charge methods because the 2 I have on there are active , any way around this ? Not even sold one item yet , kind regards

Suspension/deactivation of new accounts is normal. The verification process first checks your payment and charge methods, which is quite quick, but then checks all your other details - company registration, identity etc - and that, for business accounts, is currently taking several months, according to many other threads on here. You can only wait for the process to be completed: there is no way to jump the queue

Changing your charge method while going through verification may not have helped

You can downgrade your Professional selling plan to Individual. On your seller account page, click on Settings—Account info—Your services----Manage and change it. That will stop any further monthly payments being charged

When your account is fully verified you can change back to the Pro plan, if you think you still want it: financially, it’s only worthwhile when you sell more than about 34 items a month, although there are other benefits. Also when fully verified, you can ask Seller Support for a refund of that first £30 as long as you haven’t sold anything while on the plan

usually when you register a business account, they take you personal ID and then suspend you to start the verification process of your company documents
Have you uploaded you Articles of Association etc ?

Amazon always give a reason for their deactivations but Amazonian is an obscure langugage spoken by few humans. If you post the deactivation notice on here, in full, someone may be able to translate it :mage:

No I can’t sell or use anything or even make a listing due to deactivated account , so isit normal for Amazon to deactivate your account then Cus it did say I was verified then suddenly got deactivated
