Delivery photos now available for MCF orders using Amazon Logistics

You can now share delivery photos with buyers for eligible Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) orders delivered by Amazon Logistics. This feature helps improve your buyer support by providing visual confirmation of unattended deliveries.

To provide delivery photos to buyers, you can:

  • Include the buyer email address when you create an MCF order to automatically share a link to the delivery tracking website Swiship where the delivery photos will be provided.
  • Directly send buyers a link to Swiship, with a tracking number and postcode.

Delivery photos will only be available if they meet our quality requirements. For example, they must be of high quality and can’t include people.

You may also access delivery photos through the getFulfilmentOrder API if you have integrated Selling Partner APIs.

For more information, including how to access and share delivery photos, go to MCF Photo on Delivery FAQ.

your Az claims teams do not accept Photos as proof of delivery.

Why would I as a seller trust Amazon to deliver for other sales channels when Amazon not only do not provide me with any protection from fraudulent claims but actively encourage customers to make fraudulent claims

I'm confused how parcels can be left unattended and also 'MCF fulfilment fees and items in orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier aren’t eligible for reimbursement, regardless of delivery photo availability.'

Whenever Yodel leave any of my parcels even in plain sight of a door camera or hidden in a safe place, the customer gets automatic A-to-Z claim in their favour. How is it different?

I would gather from this that Amazon accepts this is enough for most platforms to confirm proof of delivery in the event of a dispute.

So why doesn’t Amazon themselves?

I have literally just had a nightmare with this. Customer ordered an item from me (shipped via Yodel). Customer then says they haven't received it (checked tracking and clearly shows it delivered but no signature). Know that customer will win AtoZ. In the meatime stock has arrived into Amazon so send customer another via MCF next day.

Next thing, customer says that they haven't received it. Check Amazon tracking, shows it as delivered. Contact Amazon for proof so I can provide the customer. Amazon Seller Support say that the tracking showing as delivered is their proof. Asked if I can claim if customer says they haven't received it and they said no. Because it says delivered it means its delivered!!

How is this even fair! Screenshots below I am now 2 products, 2 lots of delivery costs down and still going to get an AtoZ no doubt.
