Does anyone use Helium10 or Jungle Scout or any other paid for research sites ? Are they worth it?
Totally random question this - Does anyone use Helium10 / Jungle Scout or any of the other research keywords paid sites ?
I am trying to reduce our reliance on Amazon Advertising and increase our listings organically which has resulted on me having stumbled upon these sites.
My listing method is fairly simple for the keywords I usually just find the most relevant keywords for my products that I think people will search for add them. For the title I find a seller with a similar product organically ranking high and take inspiration from their listings without infringing on any plagiarism rules or Amazon Rules !!
No massive research undertaken for keywords and listing titles just common sense but is the best approach ?
Our products are our own and manufactured but competition is becoming increasingly noticeable.
If anyone has or subscribes to these paid sites any insight would be appreciated .

Hello,
We use Helium10 for our listings, and we have found the information given on this site incredibly worthwhile.
It gives excellent keyword listing help and categorises them into the most searched. Below is an example of an item that we sell. You can search for keywords and them to your “Bank”, which is to the left and is colour coded depending on search frequency; it then highlights these keywords that you have added to your listing on the right.
It also gives you your search volume and product listing analysis.
On top of the keyword and listing builder, it has a lot of tools that, to be frank, I never knew that I wanted. Such as a reimbursement tool tells you exactly what stock is lost at amazon and tells you step by step what to upload in seller central.
It has a vast video bank (all sellers from America) that goes step by step on everything from finding products to creating listings and advertising a product.
Even though we have been selling o amazon for 6/7 years now, we have still found some information on these videos helpful.
