I received a negative review for one of my products, but he didn't actually buy this product, so I was wondering if you could help investigate and remove this review? Because I am very suspicious that this is someone who intentionally gave me this malicious review.

This is intentional on Amazon's part; anyone with an Amazon account can rate products. It is then not a verified purchase. As a rule, you have no chance of removing it.
