We can't FBM ship on Fridays - how do we avoid late shipments?
Hi, my company sells perishables that ship frozen via 2-day providers. We can't ship on Fridays because the items will then sit an extra day in transit, risking spoilage.
However, we still receive orders on Thursdays with an expected ship date of Friday. How do we avoid this?
We offer Standard, Expedited, and 2-Day Shipping. We've tried to avoid this by turning off the latter two options in Shipping Settings on Thursday mornings, which worked for awhile but no longer works.
I appreciate any tips that anyone has!

Repeating the mantra here - not all products are a good fit for Amazon.
This may be one of them.
And I have a feeling there will be more and more "not good fits" as time goes by, and the shipping screws tighten.

Can you add days to your handling time? Or change your FBM capacity on Thursday?
