Hi. I guessed this one was discussed before, but I still can not find answer to my problem.
Let me start with that I DID NOT ask Amazon to create on my behalf Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian stores. I do not want them, I do not sell any of my items in these countries.
I reached out to Amazon customer service several times for the past 2 month, but it looks like they do not bother to give me and answer, instead they are escalating the issue since the beginning I keeps charging my bank account with $15 every single month for the Canadian account.
SO I need help hot to close/delete my Canada, Mexico and Brazilian markets ones and forever. I put all of them on vacation mode. I got 2 options to "Close Listings" or "Delete product and listing". Neither of the options works, the listing are still in my "Inventory Page" on my foreign accounts.
I also tried to edit my listings and under the section "OFFER" I can disable Canada, Mexico, Brazil and after "SAVE AND FINISH" I'm getting a error message:
"Your listing deletion(s) for other marketplaces failed due to the following:
An error occurred when we tried to process your request. We apologize for the inconvience. Rest assured that we are working to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Please try again at a later time."
All of the above is happening for the past several months and there is zero help from Amazon and on the top of that they keep charging my bank account every single month for nothing!
Hopefully you can help me how to close these accounts and please give me a detailed description step by step how to do it.
