Major issues with inbound stock

Having major issues, particularly with 1 brand. I sell multiple products from this Brand and have a distributor agreement with them, so it's no issues on their end in regards to IP etc. However, what will happen is the products (across different ASINs) will reach the fulfilment centre, be processed and be available in my inventory. Then when you look on the actual product page on Amazon, it won't show next day prime, it'll say available "11th October" etc. Weeks in advance, therefore getting no buybox share.

Another problem is the same thing, all of the stock will get processed and made available with apparently no issues, then a few days later while experiencing the inbound stock issue described above, it'll then be moved to 'FC Processing' - majorly tying up cash flow and extremely frustrating!

Anybody else experiencing this? This has only been happening for 2-3 weeks.

I and a few others have independently reported similar issues. It seems there isn’t a collective reporting happening as the problem is manifesting at first in different ways, but upon investigation by us sellers, it seems to point to the same underlying issue: some loss and/or inconsistent tracking of inventory by Amazon themselves. We’re facing the usual incorrect reviewing by Seller Support, but anyone on their side receiving all these separate reports must know something is up. Like you said, this is a major issue and potentially catastrophic if Amazon doesn’t look into the problem and provide a fix in a timely manner.
