How can a customer cancel our subscription service?
The company I work for sells a monthly subscription through Amazon. I get requests all the time from customers to cancel their subscription for them. I always tell me we can not do it for them and they have to do it from their account or contact Amazon’s customer service. Lately, the customers have been coming back to me again and saying that Amazon customer service can’t help them and Amazon is telling them to reach back out to us. Has something changed that I am unaware of? We have no access to customers Amazon accounts, how are we supposed to cancel their subscription for them?
