Seller account deactivated
I am a new seller and my first product shipment is on the way to Amazon and in between this suddenly my account got deactivated after I changed my debit card in charge method. I raised an appeal with below documents- Bank account statement with my name and address, Company incorporation certificate and also I updated the charge method with my new debit card which is verified for UK marketplace.
Even after this I got below email from Amazon:
"Thank you for submitting your appeal. We have received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.
Why did this happen?
We were unable to verify the documents that you provided.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, please confirm that there is a valid credit card on file and submit one of the following documents:
-- A business license if applicable
-- A utility bill dated for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service"
Please help to fix this.

ALL new seller accounts are deactivated initially whilst they check and verify all the info you have provided - both personal ID and business info. You need to send them those 2 things they are asking for.
You really should not have bought goods and sent to Amazon until your account was fully verified, and until it is verified, you will be incurring storage fees once your goods arrive.
Where are you based/living ? - If not resident in UK and you are using FBA in UK, hopefully you realise you must be registered for VAT here (my apologies if you are a UK resident.) The utility bill they ask for is part of the personal ID check, so for your home address.
