Valid tracking rate using parcel2go yodel collect plus

my valid tracking rate has dropped from 99% to 68% during february. I use parcel2go to book my orders and tracking is uploaded automatically, normally using Hermes and its always been above 95% but during this period I have been sending more with yodel collect plus service and these seem to be the ones where the problem lies. ive checked the tracking on these and they are all filled in as yodel direct with tracking numbers. so not sure what I am doing wrong. has anybody else had this problem

Yodel is always been a trouble for me because I cannot identify which service I should select from the dropdown list. They just seem to be not matching with the service I used with Yodel.

I use Yodel, and it has to be the long number under the barcode that is entered as the tracking number - as that is the one that is scanned, and NOT the YOD**** number.
Choose Yodel from the first long dropdown, Other from the second, then enter the service - I usually put3-5 days - and then the long barcode number.
My VTR has been 100% for months doing this.
Amazon does not recognise the Yodel tracking, as only for thir website.

I use the Yodel website (when it moved over from CollectPlus), not Parcel2Go.
