Hermes parcel delivered but customer says not received
Hi,
Hope someone can help. Hermes delivered the parcel but customer is saying not received. Hermes tracking says it was delivered in the porch and there is picture of the door and gps location but it’s a block of flats. Customer is asking for a refund or parcel to be sent again. Please advise what is the best way moving forward as I have already lost 10 parcels this month?

Probably refund before A-Z hits & dont use Hermes.

Hermes will refund if the buyer completes a form of theirs confirming it has not been received. You need to open a dispute with Hermes to start this process. And I agree about not using Hermes.

Yes, it’s possible Hermes did not deliver or delivered to the wrong address. I was expecting a delivery from Hermes,didn’t receive it but on its system it says ‘delivered’.
