Where to see customers Additional Delivery Instructions?
Hi everyone,
Some of my customers say they add Additional Delivery Instructions when placing their order. My issue is finding these instructions on sellercentral.
I have found one way to access this information - via the “Order Reports”, but it’s difficult to find the information within the text file output … I just don’t have the time to mess around with this.
Has anyone found a better way of dealing with the issue?
… What I don’t understand is why Amazon don’t make this information directly visible within the “Order Details” page. Seems crazy to me! They don’t even print it on the shipping label when you buy it … so how is the delivery company supposed to do anything with information that isn’t shown to them? Seems like a big disconnect to me - I’m wondering it it’s something Amazon use solely for FBA.

I agree it is mad not to show them on the order - but this is Amazon - the only place is in the Order reports.
If you take the time now to set them up with the columns you need, you can schedule these to run as frequently as every 15 mins. It is worthwhile investing a few minutes to set them up, that’s all it takes. The column you need to add to these reports is called “delivery instructions”
