How to fill in shipment when paid to Chinese supplier for shipping and using partnered carier
Hello everyone.
I am new-ish to Amazon. Have just produced one product and shipped it from china to the UK to my home address and now sending it to Amazon FBA warehouse via partnered carrier. All ok here.
But now I am trying to create a shipment for my 2nd product (which has already been produced in China) and get it shipped directly to the Amazon warehouse in the UK here. I am a bit perplexed as to what do i fill in. I would like to choose “amazon partnered carrier” (UPS that is) but when I do that it says that that carrier will be responsible for custom clearances on both ends. But I paid to the supplier for shipping (door to door) and they said that they (the supplier) will be clearing out customs on both ends.
So if I just go ahead and use the partnered carrier option, create box labels and carrier labels, send them off to supplier so that he sticks them on my boxes and send them here to the UK - should that be ok? Is that the right way to do it?
Is it the situation where supplier works with their own freight forwarder, what are they charging me for? Should I look for my own frieght forwarder next time?

As far as I’m aware you cannot use UPS partner from China to UK.Have a look ate Amazon Global Logistics.

Just letting know for those for whom this might be useful. In the end, I marked Amazon partnered Carrier (chose DPD) and it let me create the shipment. I printed out the lables and sent them off to the supplier in China. They are shipping it now to the UK directly to the FBA Warehouse here.
This is my 1st time (I did order an inspection and had a sample delivered to my house previously) so I paid supplier for shipping, the supplier takes care of customs clearances on both ends. E.g. I didn’t work with my own freight forwarder on this account.
