Feed Error 90003945 - Based on the data from ''[item_form.value]'', the ''Count'' on the field ''"type.value"'' for the attribute ''[unit_count]'' is not a valid value. Please provide a valid value.
Trying to upload a feed, based on seller "support"'s instructions to try to resolve a seller hijacking the brand name.
I am getting the error:
Based on the data from ''[item_form.value]'', the ''Count'' on the field ''"type.value"'' for the attribute ''[unit_count]'' is not a valid value. Please provide a valid value.
Health & Personal Care flat file, the values I entered are:
item form = drops
item type keyword = cough-drops
unit count = i have tried 1, 2, 72, & 144 and they have all caused the same error.
Although I am not all all confident this is going to solve the hijacking, I'm still trying it. Anyone point me in the direction of how to get passed this error?
TIA!
p.s. these new forums... bleh.

Hi @Seller_kDIVlGduwNjqN, I think this article on updated unit count values may help to resolve your issue.
From your description, I think this information may answer your question: "Unit Count: This attribute indicates the total number of units the product has, for products that are consumed by volume, weight, linear, dimension and so on. This attribute also defines the unit of measure. For example, fluid ounces, ounces, feet and so on. for your product and depends upon the Product Type (PTs) and Item Form of your product. We use also the Unit Count value to display the Price Per Unit of the product to customers."
Here is a help page that dives into the details of different categories.
