High number of fraud orders

Has anyone else noticed a high-number of fraudulent orders over the last 2 weeks? We have observed that approximately 60% of our orders during this period have been associated with some kind of issue: 1. The customer's account was hacked, and the order was not placed by them, and 2. Customers have initiated chargebacks after receiving the goods.

Seems crazy.
