Problems with my account
We have a suspended account, however, customers can place orders. We’re having a lot of problems because we can’t close the account, we can’t change the prices, and we can’t request support because it appears to be suspended. What do we do in this case?

If you are one master distribution, it shows on UK that you have no active offers however I can see active offers in Germany for example
When you log in, go to top right hand side of page next to messages and next to your storename there is a drop down for country - change it to one of your active ones, ie Germany and you should be able to access orders and inventory etc, then do the same for other active sites
