Buy Box - Can not get it no matter what
So for the past 7 possible 8 days, no matter what I do I can not get the buy box before this I was regularly the buy box for multiple products I was selling.
I’ve been the lowest priced, quickest delivered date yet still can not get the buy box.
Last 7 days I’ve had 37 units sold… last 15 days 366 so taking a huge lose not having the buy box.
I do FBM but so does the people who have been in the buy box since,
Any knowledgeable person out there got any idea how I can get the buy box back?

So under 1% on ODR now and still can’t get the buy box back on any single product including that one.
Anything else that could be stopping it?

Had the account since middle of April,
ODR is at 1.21% I assumed this was the reason why due to some A to Z that amazon refunded even though the shipment was delivered.
Its on every single asin I sell on but an example would be: B08JLDCWT3

going over 1% ODR will cause loss of BB eligibility

I did think this would of been the cause of it, more annoyed that its because of something that was actually delivered that caused the huge drop off in sales to happen, suppose ill just wait until im back under 1% hopefully in a few days once other sales count in the numbers.
