Policy violation - Food and Product Safety Issues

We have had product B07D176Y5V removed due to Policy violation - Food and Product Safety Issues reason stated Product Recall. This is an elastic strap that we manufacture ourselves that holds urine bags to the users legs. We have had no complaints, no negative feedback and I know we haven’t recalled the product.
I am not sure where to even start an appeal as the reason for the violation is incorrect, the only documents we have would be an invoice for 100 metres of the material we use.

Any suggestions please?
