Inaccurare website description
So I’ve just had this flag as a return reason ‘inaccurate website descripton’ I jump on other products with multiple sellers already on and don’t add my own description, however it appears as Amazon’s description of the product let a customer down that’s somehow my problem?
I’ve only had 13 sold so far so my NCX for it isn’t showing yet anyway but anybody know if I can get amazon to remove their incorrect description affecting my product?
Thanks!

That is normal, however, if you choose to list the item with an incorrect listing detail that is your choice / risk.
If the listing is correct and somehow gets changed after you have listed your product, that would also be your fault / responsibility.
Whilst you may wish to argue over who is at fault or responsible, the customer has the right to return it, at your expense, if it is not as described.
That is the Amazon way…

Wouldn’t worry about it I get this occasionally, a couple of recent comments I had for inaccurate website description
Item was a cotton/polyester mix but wasn’t - Reality is that it was
Item was far small than specified - Reality was the item dimensions were spot on
Sometimes customers do it for a free return, sometimes they do it as they haven’t read the listing correctly.
Is there something in the item description that is incorrect? If you can see something obvious then try to get it changed otherwise don’t worry about it.

Sorry I think my description wasn’t helpful.
The buyer said the description wasn’t accurate but it’s counted against me even though its Amazon’s website that the description is on.
I was wondering if anybody had had any luck getting these removed or if its something we as sellers just have to accept

We had the same issue on a listing. Filed a case that 2 customer had chose to return items due to incorrect product information ( Product infomation was infact correct on listing). Told by amazon that we did not list the item and therefore it was up to the lister to correct this.
Buyers have now worked out that it is another way of returning an unwanted item at the sellers expense, and the seller cannot change the affected listing to prevent this even if they wanted to.

They are 5 shiny and 5 rares
Card cloud is just the company that put the listing up, I use genuine pokemon branded cards

I’ve removed the listing for now. I’ll see what I can do about creating my own. It’s not worth the hassle as that’s the only one that is showing up currently. Amazon themselves sell under that ad. As do so many other sellers so I presuned it was a generic listing that card cloud just happened to have begun.

Looks like everyone on there is selling non-authentic card cloud genuine pokemon cards
