Mistake by amazon? Seller Fulfilled Prime cut-off time
Hi all,
we have been using seller fulfilled prime for the last 3 years and never had any issues.
Our seller fulfilled orders are required to be shipped out Monday- Friday for delivery 6 days a week (mon-sat)
I have just logged in this morning and any orders which were seller fulfilled prime sold between Friday after 3pm and Saturday before 3pm are saying we should have dispatched Yesterday, has some new policy come into place in the last week that we were not aware of or is this an error on Amazons part?
we have not changed any setting and dont know what to do? As far as we can see this must be an amazon error but need some help as to where to go with this? The last thing we want is this to affect our account especially if this is not our fault.
Any advice from you guys would be helpful

HI Little shop, thanks for the message, i know you are on the forums a lot so would appreciate your advice.
I have had the same information from Amazon but i have been selling on Seller fulfuilled prime for 3 years and this is the first time it has happened to us.
we dispatch all items before 3pm on on friday which require delivery Saturday.
Anything after 3pm friday up until 3pm Monday is required to be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday. We have not changed any setting and are concerned why this has just changed this weekend? sorry i know it sounds like we have broken the rules but for the last 18 months since these changes we have never been required to ship out on a Saturday and i can promise no setting have been changed (the sugestion by amazon)
Any advice or help would be apricated? .we will be going into work to ship these today

Hi Neil,
I am the only one who runs our amazon account and 100 per cent any order sold after 3pm friday (Seller fulfilled prime) has always required us to dispatch on Monday.
This has been this way for the last 3 years.
No other employees have access to the account to change any setting etc.
I am guessing its best to get these dispatched asap rather than on Tuesday? I.e. go into work to sort out

we saw this too,
we are only a few weeks into the trial period and this is the first weekend it switched on (the weekend shipping). Also the Prime template has gone 5-9th yet when sells come in they are delivery for 3rd.
So maybe theres some bugs or glitches happening

Did you not know Amazon never make a mistake.
However on this occasion , all the responses are correct
in order to maintain Seller Fulfilled Prime
you have to ship out either on a Saturday or a Sunday
and they have also extended the cut off time to 4.30pm
