80% of Subscribe and Save Orders get stuck in Pending for 2-3 weeks then get cancelled
I think the title pretty much says my question. 80% of my Subscribe and Save Orders get stuck in Pending for 2-3 weeks then get cancelled. Is this normal for subscribe and save orders? it never happened to my other FBA inventory just wondering why this only exclusively happens to Subscriptions.
If nay sellers have insight it would be very helpful.

For Subscribe & Save deliveries, orders are placed several days before a customer’s upcoming delivery date to align subscription sign-up orders with the customer's weekly or monthly Subscribe & Save delivery date and to ensure that inventory is reserved for upcoming deliveries. During this period, the order will show as pending. You can learn more about pending orders right here.
Please note that pending orders are typically canceled by either the request of the buyer or because payment verification failed. For more information on cancellations, I'd recommend reading through this help page.
