GPSR Manufacturer Information Update
As GPSR information we wanted to update the manufacturer information but it keeps getting back to the page where we have to input the details again
no confirmation if the submission went through or not and the information we entered could not be found
why is this happening and how can this be sorted out before our listing will be deactivated

I believe you may be experiencing a listing issue and I do understand they can cause you some frustration.
I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With this information, and the help from an internal team, I have better ability to research your specific situation.
This may offer some guidance: Create listings one at a time
Is this a NEW listing you just created? or an existing listing you are trying to fix? If the value you wish to change is LOCKED, it may be necessary to delete the ASIN first to update the locked value. I will have more complete information after you provide the ASIN.
