Last month Amazon deactivated my account stating that "your selling account has failed the business establishment verification process that is associated with your value-added tax (VAT)".

I sent them some questions and documents to verify as the issue was unclear to me. Later after researching I understood what what required. Now when I have the documents and when I am submitting appeal to review documents and reactivate my account, Amazon is sending me this message:

"We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account.

Why did I receive this message?

You cannot sell on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon European stores if you do not have a selling on Amazon account."

I am assuming they have restricted the account and are not helping now. Can anyone please guide me how to request Amazon to reconsider the documents I am submitting?

I am facing a serious issue with accessing my Amazon Seller Central account. Every time I try to log in, I receive a message stating that the email address I am using is not associated with any account, even though I have always used the same email address to log in.

I have opened several cases to resolve this issue, but I have not yet received a solution. Therefore, I would like to be contacted via video call by an operator or support team who can assist me in regaining access to my account.

Additionally, I need guidance on how I can obtain the necessary reports for accounting, as I am currently unable to access my account to download them.

I urgently need assistance, as my account is essential for my business.

We understand your inquiry about wanting to ship your products internationally but are unable to do so because of the new interface.

As per further investigation and research, your account is in individual selling plan. This means that it has limited access and features for shipment or delivery method compared to those sellers who are in professional selling plan.

Upgrading to the professional selling plan is a must if you want to ship your products internationally. You can upgrade your account from Individual Selling Plan to Professional Selling Plan for more access to Amazon's Programs and Services.

To switch from an Individual selling plan to a Professional selling plan, please follow these steps:

1. From your seller account, click Settings and then select Account info.

2. On the left side, under Seller account information, go to the Your services section and click Manage.

3. Click Upgrade.

4. Review the terms on the next page and then click Proceed to upgrade. You will be returned to Your services. A message will appear, indicating that the upgrade process has started.

Once you upgraded your selling plan, options to ship internationally should be available to you.

Faut-il comprendre que désormais, pour vendre un livre d'occasion dans les DOM-TOM ou en express, et accéder aux différents types d'envoi proposés, ou si un américain ou un japonais veut m'acheter un livre, je vais devoir passer à un statut professionnel et payer une commission mensuelle, sur chacune des plateformes où j'opère ? Tout cela sans avoir jamais été prévenu depuis la création du nouvel interface ?
