Non Compliant Pallets

The obvious reason, is that none of those pallets have the bottom runners.
There should be strips of wood going across them on the floor.

Wrong loading?
Vehicle Requirements
- Palletized deliveries must be made on a vehicle that is able to reverse up to our loading bay door and allow a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) or Fork Lift Truck (FLT) access to the rear of the vehicle. This should be at least a 7.5 tonne vehicle or greater with a reinforced floor.
- Articulated vehicles should preferably be solid-sided with a flat-floor surface (no raised metal-work or shipping hooks) and have a safe working load (SWL) of no less than 5 tonne.
- Palletized deliveries must be made on vehicles with sufficient head room to enable Amazon operatives to unload a pallet from the rear of a vehicle using an FLT.
- Palletized deliveries must have a 30 cm gap at a minimum between the rear of the vehicle and the stock to enable access for the dock levellers.
- Vehicles must be loaded with the short side of the pallets facing the rare of the vehicle. All palletized deliveries are unloaded from the rear, no side loading/ unloading is allowed.

Surely the courier company’s driver should be asking for the exact reason why :s

I’m sorry to hear that your transport has been rejected, and that you had to read all those ridicules replies from people who have no idea, spotting that you have no bottom runners on the pallets and others clapping to it.
Clearly you have it all on Euro pallets, which don’t have bottom runners on the side of entry.
We have stopped using Euro pallets when sending to Amazon UK as they are unloading off the dock from the back of the vehicle directly to the warehouse, often just with the pallet truck or Container Spec Forklift which drives inside the truck.
Because of this we always use 100cm x 120cm British spec pallets, if you want to use Euro pallets you need to make sure, they are turned other way to be accessible from the back.
Other points we never go in height more than 165cm (180cm max allowed) and never go over 500kg.
Hundreds of pallets sent and as yet all worked ok for us.
Good luck with your business.

But Neil was correct… Amazon have most likely rejected them for being Euro pallets and facing the wrong way… although I would bet if you turned them around they may still be rejected.
