Account closed your account has been closed for misuse of Amazon's Services
Hello,
I am unable to sign in my seller central from my main account, it says your account has been closed for misuse of amazon's services. It says that we have sent you an email with additional information but i did not receive any email. I am still receiving orders on my account.
I am writing this from my child account (screenshot is attached for reference)
Can someone help me in this regard please.

Your Amazon.com Customer Account and Seller Account are directly related. If your Customer Account is closed you will lose access to your Seller Account.
Check your email for additional details.
You will need to address this with Amazon Customer Service 1-888-280-4331

As @Medic notes the accounts are locked tight together.
Did you do a lot of returns, use WRONG reasons for returns, or otherwise abuse the system?
Did you BUY using your Prime account to ship to buyers on the seller side?
Amazon LOVES buyers (much more than sellers) so it's unlikely they closed the account for no reason at all.
Do you have ANY idea what could have caused it?
