Incorrect product mapping - Seller support not helpful
Amazon have mistakenly listed an FBA product under a different ASIN and have claimed that the seller (me) sent in the wrong product. This is incorrect.
It is a Playstation 1 game which specifically is the "Platinum" version of the video game, it's not the original release. We listed this correctly, labelled it correctly but Amazon are claiming the item isn't the Platinum version and have listed it as a different ASIN.
I have replied back to the Case but they just keep giving the same copy/paste replies that the shipment has been closed. How can I get somebody to properly investigate this without the generic replies? I'm worried about returns because customers are very specific about what retro game they want. It's up for sale incorrectly and I can't take it down. I've increased the price to deter sales for now.
Any advice?

I have finally received an update and seller support is STILL telling me that everything is correct. IT IS NOT. This is my speciality, video games. I know what I am talking about. Amazon has got this wrong. Why are they claiming otherwise? This is utterly ridiculous and such a waste of time.
