Just saw some new SOP’s Amazon have put in for Non Approved Carriers, and I have no idea what they are asking for here
Shipping with Yodel, but its now saying they need to ring up and book in every shipment?

Your carrier will be required to schedule a delivery appointment. When scheduling the appointment, they must provide box and pallet counts, the Amazon reference ID and PRO numbers from the Bill of Lading. View detailed instructions
Any ideas anyone what this is?
Also looks like you cant rename shipments anymore?

Carriers have always needed to book an appointment to make a delivery to FBA aside from the ones that have essentially standing appointment slots. I haven’t seen anything that says it is now by phone - it was always done online through Carrier Central.

I have a sneaking suspicion here, that you have chosen the wrong option.
Did you actually mean to create a pallet shipment, or was it supposed to be a boxed shipment?
The fact that your mentioning Yodel, kind of says that it should be boxes.
But what you have there, is pretty standard for a pallet shipment.
