Going around in circles with amazon. They suspended all my pyjamas , even the adult ones and they keep rejecting automatically and without a reason my DOC and Product pictures that clearly show there is a Keep Away From Fire in red, permanently attached to the product as per UK LAW so it's compliant. I appealed the adult sizes that are also suspended and it also got rejected which is ridiculous as it's not children's sleepwear. I realise this is bots and AI doing the "reviewing" but seller support that I spoke on the phone was rude and did not want to help at all, kept going in circles saying I need to test the fabric, which is US Law not UK Law.

This has been just another big joke, Amazons systems are broken, full of errors and bugs. They need to stop trying to "improve" things, and just fix the things they've broken. For a trillion dollar business, when the sellers provide half the revenue, you'd expect better...
Anyway, my stock isn't stranded any more and the listings are active. However, my stock is unfulfillable/defective. Are your units showing as available?

This can happen when Amazon FBA export is enabled and Amazon is selling on your same ASINS in the EU, but without the manufacturer and EU responsable person details uploaded on the EU marketplaces the warnings and unfulfillable messages are issued.

The same we facing , Asins above status showing as ‘No longer requested’ however units in FBA still being unfulfillable. I have done the appeal saying 'No longer requested' displayed under compliance status, Would you please help restore the FBA inventory from defective disposition? while they all got rejected instantly. How are we able to resolve this?

This is an absolute joke, please can you cancel this disposal order and fix the affected stock. Amazon are starting to ask for compliance documents again for children's sleepwear. At least this time you are giving us 2 months notice rather than suppressing the listing straight away.
With items I no longer want to sell as I cant get any more stock I don't want to go through the process of getting compliance documents.
I delete the item from my inventory but it still shows I require compliance documents in account health. Is this right with the old way of doing compliance it used to mark it as no longer needed.

Hi same for us over 700 compliance tests requested that SGS say don't need to be done.
I have now decided to test everything, needless costs I could do without.

Is that 700 different designs and the same garment type?
I want to know if i have one garment type and place our designs onto it. Could a test report on that one garment be sufficient?
As the garment is the same for the endless designs we print on them
