Tracking issues showing correctly on the one hand but critically when needed they are not 

We have learnt that the tracking we provided at dispatch has not shown up in the Amazon system, which has negatively affected us. However, our metrics for VTR are 100%, which is somewhat confusing.Please kindly review this for us.1109115001211091121142
