How to escalate an amazon case
Is there any way to escalate an amazon case or get in contact with someone higher up at amazon as seller support aren't sorting out the issue.

The only way is to email managingdirector @ amazon.co.uk (delete spaces between words)
You need to be very concise and request their help.
But don't get your hopes up as may not even get a response.
The only other way that I have used is legal action which may or may not suit your issue.

I understand theree's an email ; escalation-resolution @amazon.com, but I don't know if it works for the UK.
