Is it possible to change the returns policy?

Hello, I sell in clothing and I am wondering if I can change the returns policy we offer.
(We pay for returns if the product is defective etc… however we don’t want to cover shipping cost for someone who has changed their mind for example)

I think you will find that Amazon’s return policy is free returns for clothing, for any reason. You can’t change that

Just to be clear, you CAN change the returns policy for any category, however it must offer at LEAST the same service as Amazon.

To be precise t’s clothing, luggage and jewelry,
I believe this is also part of EU law… And I’m fairly sure it’s not one we got rid of in the UK after Brexit.
