Brand got pulled off from brand registry without any notice

My brand was approved on November 2022 through “handmade brand registry waiver”, by then I can create ASINs with the approved brand name. Lately when I create new ASINs there is error showing that I can’t use the brand. I contacted customer support and they said my brand got cancelled from brand registry because there is new brand registry programme requiring active trademark?

I am so confused because brand registry waiver doesn’t have IP protection, why is there such a change without any notice? Now some of my ASINs carry the approved brands while most of the others were changed to “generic”. I really want to have the brand name back and using the brand registry features.

In addition, the brand is enrolled and active in Amazon US, the problem happens in Europe markets.

Can someone advise if “brand registry features waiver” no longer exist? Or is there any misunderstanding? I cannot reach any staff from the handmade department.
