Amazon GPSR Responsible Person information has been submitted and approved. We have tried to submit the same information for the Manufacturer Information however this is being marked as invalid. Not sure why this is as the guidance suggests that if the address of the importer (us) and the manufacturer are different, then we should submit one address where they can be contacted. Does anyone have advice on how to proceed here?

After getting an "Invalid: Please edit and submit again" response to a submission, I've attempted, many times, to "Add a new Responsible Person Address."

However, it doesn't seem to be taking it.

I'm not quite sure what to do if the system doesn't recognize my new submission. How am I supposed to satisfy the requirement if the system won't allow me to?
