Cancel refund request
my customer requested a refund because she said that she didn't receive products. I have contacted her and finally she has found the products in her mailbox. Now she wants to cancel refund request, so what steps should she or me do?

Likely she will do nothing. If she doesn't ship the product back, she won't receive a refund. I have a juicer that I purchased and it broke. I requested a refund and was emailed a label. I re-read the directions on use, and it seems I likely broke it myself by using it improperly. So I just didn't send it back. Maybe I'll go and cancel the request.
