Hello,

I want to list a product on Amazon and start selling.

I am having a problem with creating a list and I would like to solve this problem.

(1)After creating a list, list is inactive in the “manage all inventory” page. When I select “review blocked reason”, I can't see any reason.

(2)Listing is in the ”Search Suppressed and Inactive Listings" section. In this section “Issue Description: This detail page was removed for potential policy violations. Visit the account health dashboard for more information.” There is no notification about the listing violations in the "account health dashboard" section. I can't understand what I need to do.

I wanted to stop by and see if you still required assistance regarding figuring out what next steps to take after your product went inactive with a block reason?

I see that you reached out to Selling Partner Support on March 19, 2025 on CASE ID ending in 6421 and they informed you that ASIN B0F1W5S4WX would begin the reinstatement process as of March 25, 2025 and it could take up to 2 business days to be complete.

Please let us know if for some reason you are not seeing the ASIN live again as we would be happy to help look into that issue. Hope you have a great rest of your night and we look forward to seeing you around again on the forums soon. 😊

Apologies for the delayed response. I spoke to my fellow Community Managers and we believe this issue might have been cause because your ASINs category changed from beauty to pet products.

I can see about 3 days ago on CASE ID 17444536421, Selling Partner Support mentioned that the ASIN is now active. The only thing left to do is add inventory as its currently showing as out of stock.
