How to ship FBA goods to one warehouse in UK?
Hi guys, I’m shipping a few products to Amazon UK FBA warehouse. It’s mostly small kitchen accessories. However the shipping plan asked me to ship to 4 different locations for 7 different products. Because of that, my shipping cost is sky high and it is actually cheaper to ship by air instead of by sea freight due to the minimum weight charge for sea freight.
Amazon UK does not seem to have the inventory placement service as in Amazon US where you can ship all your products to one location and have FBA sort out the distribution themselves for a small fee. May I know how the more experienced sellers overcome this issue and lower their shipping fees?

Sellers in the UK have no control over which FBA fulfilment centre your products have to be sent. Yes it can get pricey. There is little way around it. Increase the numbers of what you are sending to make it more cost effective perhaps? Alternatively use your own fulfiment / non FBA?

There actually is a placement service, though I can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called now.
I’m sure googling will find you it eventually.
It’s not particularly cheap from what I remember.
But surely if you shipping stuff from abroad, you would want to check it first, before going direct to Amazon?
