Recently I have had an issue with a hijacker on one of my listings, and recently got registered with brand registry.

I managed to get the brand on the listing synced with my registered brand after hours with seller support, and this opened the door for me to send a trademark infringement complaint for a counterfeit product.

However the hijacker has now complained to Amazon about the brand name change and Amazon have changed it back.

Any advice on the best course of action to take is much appreciated, I've opened a case on seller support and brand registry but not really getting anywhere.

My fear is that as the brand has been changed back, this kind of invalidates the trademark infringement claim I made on brand registry, as the brand is no longer my registered one,

p.s I am the brand owner, product owner, hijackers product looks nothing like listings (have tried test buy and report etc but no luck)

My listing has been constantly attacked and my brand name has been tampered with by others

Since last year, my listings have often been maliciously modified by unknown people, resulting in me losing my editing and sales rights. I speculate that it was done by a VC account because only VCs have this privilege, which has seriously affected my business development. What should I do? My listing brand name has been changed by someone and to edit my products I need approval.

I have seen many post regarding this issue but no clear resolution. Is there anyone from the support team that can help.

i used the account health 'report a problem' option but they have replied back saying no violation has taken place . The parent Asin still currently shows my brand name but the product detail page is showing a new brand name.

Any help please.
