Being forced to use Evri

Can anyone help please, recently we have found that Amazon are forcing us to use Evri over Royal Mail for Prime. Its ridiculous, as every parcel we have sent using them has been late, but we have no option.

Does anyone know how to get round this?

are you still able to use RM for your non prime orders?

Maybe Amazon think Tracked24 won’t arrive on time?

I don’t sell with SFP but I assume its the same issue as to why people can’t select 2nd class for their FBM orders

but I would trust Royal Mail tracked 24hr, over Evri/Hermes any day. Anything we have sent with them, hasn’t been delivered on time and affecting our metrics

I’m also being forced to use EVRI even though I don’t have EVRI collections. Seller Support have just told me I have to drop them off at a drop point, which is ridiculous! The driver collects from the drop point at 11am and I can’t set the cut-off time to any earlier than 2:30pm. Even after 2:30pm it’s forcing me to still use EVRI even though my RM collection is 5pm.
Insane.

Just had this from Seller Support:

“Upon checking, we can see that you are not onboarded with EVRI and have not selected EVRI as an option in your Carrier preferences, but please know that we will not be able to remove EVRI from your seller account.”

I’ve sorted it with Amazon and now only have Royal Mail has my preferred shipping agent.

How did you manage to get Amazon to remove Evri as a carrier?

I contacted them yesterday and was told I had to offer Evri as an option even though we do not use them or have a collection from them.

Good Luck with that one we were suspended for one late on a Royal Mail 24 service, misorted by them, we appealed and never even recieved a response a few years ago, so was gob smacked when we heard Evri are now recognised for SFP! Would love to know how that ones working out! To be fair blessing in disguise for us, we now have a life and are stress free from Prime, it’s already stressful enough faced with the other daily probems we have to already deal with.

We have the same. Only option on buy shipping was Evri drop off and we are not onboarded with them, nor any of the Evri options selected on any of the shipping settings. This has been happening on every bank holiday this year so far after cut off on Friday through til cut off Saturday on SFP.

We recently had a warning due to late shipment due to Evri even though they were collected from us on time,(arranged with driver a few days before) but were only taken to the local depot where any scans they do up until they actually reach the national depots do not count towards your on time shipment metrics.

Joke really aint it.
