Has anyone else had issues with the Seller Central portal for uploading documents to reactivate an account? We've been trying to follow the verification steps to reactivate our account, but at multiple stages the Seller Central portal has given technical errors and failed to upload files that were requested. We tried contacting Seller Central support but they said our only option is to use the portal. I was hoping for a way to report this error, or at least an alternate method for providing files to verify our account.

I reviewed your case ID ending in 9892, but the section of the error messages displayed in the screenshot attached to the case are already perfectly submitted.
It's important to make those submissions from a computer, if you have errors of upload, you can try to do basic troubleshooting of the browser by doing clear cache and cookies or try a different browser.
If you need additional help for the remaining missing information, please include the error message to the thread (make sure to cover your personal information).
