Can I take legal action against Amazon for loss of earnings ?

Can anyone offer some advice on what legal channels are open to us. Our account was deactivated because of an inauthenticity issue, but it was not due to a customer complaint or any complaint , it was a pro-active measure taken by Amazon(as they put it). They have asked for a supplier invoice dated within 365 days, but we haven't shipped this particular ASIN for 2 years and our last invoice is about 15months old. We have tried to explain it but it seems to be falling on deaf ears and we are out of options.
