Read onlyCan anyone offer some advice on what legal channels are open to us. Our account was deactivated because of an inauthenticity issue, but it was not due to a customer complaint or any complaint , it was a pro-active measure taken by Amazon(as they put it). They have asked for a supplier invoice dated within 365 days, but we haven't shipped this particular ASIN for 2 years and our last invoice is about 15months old. We have tried to explain it but it seems to be falling on deaf ears and we are out of options.
lookup mediation on seller central. It’s worth looking up that route first prior to any legal action.
