Stuck in KYC Verification process. Urgnet Help Needed

It's been more than a month now, I am submitting documents for verification. First owner address verification was done after multiple tries. In the next notification, business address needs to be verified.

Provided Wise business bank statement: Not accepted.

Provided HMRC Tax Notification: Not accepted.

Now I am out of documents, and no clear instructions on why the HMRC Tax Notification(to file returns for previous year) was not accepted. I have No idea what kind of Tax Notification is required. Account is active but funds are on hold. I am an overseas seller with LTD registered in the UK. Seller account is also registered on LTD details.

Anyone from Amazon, could you please assist or investigate? I am helpless

Amazon don’t generally accept Wise accounts. For your business they need your UTR number

are they asking for your VAT registration? can you post the notice asking for documents?

I understand your frustration with the document rejections. For business address verification, Amazon requires official documentation that clearly shows your business's physical location.

I can suggest some commonly accepted documents for business address verification:

Utility bills (electricity, gas, water) in your business name

Business rates bill

Commercial lease agreement

Business insurance documents

These documents should:

Be dated within the last 90 days

Show your complete registered business address

Display your business name as registered with Amazon

Be clearly legible and unedited

Please note that some payment service providers' documents may not meet our verification requirements. I recommend submitting one of the document types mentioned above through your Account Health dashboard.

For more information on selling requirements, go to "Know Your Customer (KYC) seller verification information"

If you continue to experience difficulties, you can request a callback from Account Health Support through the "Get support" button in Seller Central for specific guidance about your verification status.

For better assistance, kindly refer to the last communication on the performance notification and proceed with the instructions.

Thank you for your patience during this process.

Best regards,

Larry

You are registered at a virtual office, shared with over 300 other businesses. I wouldn't want to be in the queue for the kettle or toilets.

Numerous posts on the forum show that Amazon do not recognise virtual offices as a proper address. Many overseas companies use these as a way to evade paying their taxes and legitimate companies using virtual offices are being tarred with the same brush (Amazon have an excess of tar brushes and delight in using them!!). For VAT purposes you should be registered for VAT if you are storing goods in the UK and Amazon should be deducting VAT from your sales to pass on to HMRC.

In addition, Amazon customers are being misled into thinking you are UK based and we all know how Amazon like to be portrayed as the most customer centric.
