Unable to Create Case Log to Close Seller Account

Hi all, My account has been suspended and all stock removed from my Inventory (I believe it has all been destroyed due to emails received). Long story, new product sales failed miserably, failed to Register for VAT on time (from OZ), PPC was costing me a fortune, so I deactivated my listings.

I am trying to close my account, but due to the Account Suspension, I am unable to create a Case Log. Basically I am going round in circles trying to reach out to Seller Support, but keep getting the message that my account is suspended. Shouldn’t have to go back through the account reactivation process, just to have the account closed.

Can anyone give me a direct email address to Seller Support or can Admin help please?

(Still being charged Long Term Storage Fees each month, but no stock in Inventory and believe it was all destroyed end of March 23).

You can’t close a suspended account unfortunately
When were you last charged LTSF as if it was April, that would be for the stock that was there in March before being disposed
Disposals also have a fee so there maybe an additional charge for that - it starts at about 30p per unit
