Non-Partnered Carrier LTL Shipments
Hi everyone,
I just sent my first Non-Partnered Carrier LTL Shipments to a Fulfillment Center, total 2 shipments, loaded in one deliveries to the same FC.
I read the instruction and upon pickup I provided the carrier with my shipment’s Amazon Reference IDs, the shipments has been delivered to Amazon Fulfillment Center but I have not seen Amazon changed the status of the 2 shipments yet.
Can someone has the experience with using Non-Partnered Carrier if this is normal or is there any steps that I’m doing wrong?
I appreciate your time and help.

If your shipment was delivered by the carrier, you’re good. The hardest part for non-partnered carriers is using Amazon’s system to get a delivery appointment. Not to mention the massive wait times for a live-unload at a DC.
If you had done something wrong, they would not have been able to get a delivery appointment and/or Amazon would not have accepted the freight. So you’re good, they accepted it and it was delivered.
As long as your shipment has the pallet label on it and box labels, it should be received no problem, just like it would be if it were a partnered-carrier.
I have not sent anything to CLT 2 recently, so I can’t provide any data on delays. In CA/AZ/NV DCs, my shipments are being received normally, within a few days of delivery.

How long has it been since they were delivered? It can take weeks to check in LTL shipments, especially this time of the year.

Hello @TRI_DEXX,
As previously asked, can you please confirm when the shipment was delivered? It is good to remember that not only will FCs be quite busy due to holiday processing which is now compounded by holiday returns, resulting in extended processing times. In non-peak times, when all goes well, check in times can be days but its expected it may take longer currently.
